I have to agree with Darrendsd, it's not a major crime but it's still a crime. You are now known in the Court / Police Databases, so IF they want to crack down on Foreigners convicted of Drug Offenses, they know who to look for.

I am assuming you are out on bail and therefore would be banned from leaving the country anyway?

A scumbag, because the guy had a little bit of weed with him? Has it escaped your attention that in many countries (and in some US states...), smoking weed is no big deal, and actually legal, or at least tolerated, as it should be (not that me is smoking any, but still!)?

Be aware immigration might be enforcing the rule: 90 day overstay, no re-entry for 1 year.

No work for the 200b. But all have to work except for foreign inmates. Work pays about 30 baht a month. Weekends off.
