HTC ONE stopped receiving wireless

Featured Replies

Router ok, all other devices reception normal.

Can't get mobile to activate wireless, tried numerous restarts. Android System 5.0. 2

Restart the router maybe, or ask G I am sure you are not the only one had this problem, quicker than waiting for an answer on here

Should probably use the term 'WiFi' if that's what you mean, as 'wireless' could mean any wireless connectivity (3G/4G/LTE; WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, even Wireless USB, etc)

Also, 'active wireless' doesn't describe much. Do you mean you are enabling WiFi but no SSIDs (WiFi Access Point names) are displayed in the WiFi option?

What WiFi Channel is the router set to use?

The standard channels are usually 1, 6, 11. Note that channels 12, 13, 14 are also usable but some US-centric devices have to be specially set to enable those channels here.

Put it airplane mode, reboot, put it normal mode.
