Thai and Cambodian leaders to co-chair second unofficial meeting between prime ministers and other ministers

BANGKOK, 14 December 2015 (NNT) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha and Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia will co-chair the second unofficial meeting between Thai and Cambodian prime ministers and other ministers hosted by Thailand on December 19.

At issue are ways and means to expand cooperation between the two neighboring countries with respect to politics, economy, society and culture.

The prime ministers of both sides will witness the signing of four documents including a joint statement for the second unofficial meeting between Thai and Cambodian prime ministers and other ministers, a Memorandum of Understanding on the development of a new border pass at Nong Ian Village, Sra Kaeo province, Thailand, and at Steungbot, Banteymeancheay in Cambodia, a Memorandum of Understanding on labor cooperation and employment.

But what about the oil ? wink.png

Nah, that's between him and his good friend Thaksin, they shared it already, hush!

I'm not sure... Have the Sens made out the time of the Shins was over in Thailand, for family leader cum dictator Hun to come frolic with the Thai generals who have made a major show (at least in their public communication...) to put aside that breed of parasites?

Anyway, there's the awfull smell of millions of Khmers' rotting bodies associated to this person's past, from the time he was one of the upcoming leaders of the bloodthirsty confirmed lunatics of Khmer Rouge, before turning 180° towards the Vietnamese assisting them actively in the invasion, but who seemingly didn't realise they were breeding a viper in their nest (// to what Chuan said about Hun's good friend Thaksin), worked them out with the help of the P.R.(???) China, to make of Cambodia the 'chasse gardée' of his despotic, nepotistic, ...and criminal, 'clan'.

(No comment here about Thailand, under pressure of the Americans (sh...ing their pants Vietnam could expand in taking over Cambodia) accepted to create a 'safe heaven' for the, 'communist', Khmer Rouge on its own soil, the Vietnamese in pursuit of these genocidal lunatics, crossing the Thai border, were at the origin of the fabulous legend of the mighty, brave, erm..., Thai 'Tigers of the East' who in heroic fights defended the sacred national soil, well..., the present PM and other main generals associated in the coup, the junta, the NCPO, no, the government are part of, ...History in a nutshell)

Beware General PM, when you sleep with a dog (and this is one not like in the pet animal, but like in the insult...), you catch his flees, cosying China, as you very obvioulsy do, is one thing, but going to bed with the scum of the earth might still be a stretch, too far...

As a poster noted in another topic: the junta are doing a fine job of discrediting themselves. So this story is bad news for the fanboys and good news for patient critics.

If this is an unofficial meeting between Heads of Government, why the official MOU's and joint statements? Looks fairly official to me.

Maybe with unofficial visits you get more bathroom breaks.

And so far as expand cooperation between the two neighboring countries with respect to politics, economy, society and culture, this can't wait to officially meet with the whole ASEAN Community? That would be the time to discuss cooperation between the neighboring countries with respect to politics, economy, society and culture.
