Would this be a good starter tablet for a newbie?

Featured Replies

My Thai partner wants to learn how to use the internet and I'm happy to buy her a tablet, but I know he novelty can wear off pretty quick with these things, so I'm not prepared to spend 20,000 baht just to see it sitting unused. I have my laptop, so a tablet doesn't interest me that much. Did a quick browse on Lazada and saw this Acer (same brand as my laptop) and wondered if it would be OK as a starter?

I see the Zenpad at lazada for around 4000 baht, seem about the right price?

The new zenpad8 is top notch but around twice the price of the 7.
