best Sports Medicine specialist for ankle / foot in Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hi

I have been having trouble with my ankle for months , part of the problem was shoes that were pushing on the swollen ankle so that it would not heal,

I changed to shoes which did not hit my ankle (converse deck shoes) and its 80% better than when I was wearing high top shoes , but these shoes have no arch support like the high tops do .

I had the ankle X-rayed a few months ago and nothing was broken , but since I am always walking it does not heal completely.

had planned an appointment with Dr. Pinij Srisuwanporn, at Phyathai 2 hospital today but he is not there so I will go next Monday ,

But is there someone as good , that I can see in the next few days ?

Thanks for your recommendations

This doctor is extremely well qualified and has hours on Wednesday https://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Bavornrit-Chuckpaiwong

I went and saw DR Bavornrit-Chuckpaiwong today at Bumrungrad this afternoon , nice guy , great English , knew what part of my problem was with a first look , confirmed it with Xrays , its genetic so not much I can do about it , but with the Xrays he saw that there was no big problems and no surgery needed and no medications given , 2400 baht out the door ,

Happy with that but will also go see the other Doctor Monday to confirm ,
