Chinese Bikes - Owners Views

Featured Replies

We have heard many comments from the anti's - let's hear from owners of these bikes. How long, any problems, solutions to said, would I do it again ...

Met a group today - young Thai guys and girls, Keeway most popular brand. Stopped to talk, with the wife to handle the Thai parts I have trouble with. One girl spoke English well, asked what the others had problems with, how was the dealership at fixing those problems. Answer - we do our own work, club members helping each other. Spares at times difficult and time consuming to arrive. All in all they were a happy bunch, and having a lot of fun passing all the cars up the mountains.

Had 2 Ryuka mopeds 110cc, apart from the back light always blowing, fantastic fun, had various mods and it tops out at 135kmh....all the kiddie/student bike club shows around the Pattaya area are great fun and as you found out full of resources. Still loving the 2nd one after almost 3 years. If your thinking about it, don't hesitate!!!

No owner but a user of Chinese Bikes..Rentals I have used and there not for me..Also the Taxis in Burma are mainly Chinese..Glued/Taped but many actually do run for several years it appears...Sales in Thailand are Slow and Resale expect to take a beating
