Stem cell therapy for arthritis in BKK?

Hello,

I am looking for a reputable clinic or hospital in BKK that does stem cell therapy for arthritis. Anyone in the forum had stem cell therapy done in BKK?

None. Anyplace you may find in Thailand offering this will not be "reputable".

Stem cell treatments in arthritis are still in experimental stage and not approved for use in any country that I know of.

Thailand recently cracked down on the use of unapproved/experimental stem cell therapies, after some horrific complications and deaths.

I spoke to my Haemotoligist yesterday about it as i will soon be going thru stem-cell thearpy for multiple myleoma and i do have some arthritus and if it will have any effect and he basically said that it (stem cell for arthritis ) has not yet been proved effective in any trials undertaken. Endorses what Sheryl said .
