The wife bought an external (Microsoft wireless) dual TH-EN keyboard for a Samsung Smart TV (this years model) so her parents can watch their favorite old style Thai Youtubes, that need title searches in Thai language.

From what we see, and its the first TV we have used with external keyboard, the keyboard entry alpha numeric only works on the web browser and none of the smart hub apps like YouTube app that only allow access via virtual on screen keyboard?!

* Have we missed something, or aren't these TVs apps smart enough yet to recognise an external keyboard?
