Online 90 day reporting Koh Samui FYI

Featured Replies

On the 24th Dec I filled in my TM47 online and by the time my 90 days were up on 05 Jan, my "status" was still pending. I phoned Samui Immigration and they told me that they were still having teething problems with the system, so I asked them if I could post a copy of the TM47 to them, to which they agreed, as long as I sent copies of certain pages of my passport together with the airport arrival card. I phoned them a few days later to make sure that they had received the documents and today I received verification that my 90 day reporting was in order.

Bottom line, No need to go to Samui!

Nice touch that they accepted the mail report after the due date thumbsup.gif

It would be nice if someone could give the email address to do the 90 day report on line at Koh Samui , when I was last there on 7 December 2015 I enquired about online reporting they told me it would be middle of 2016 before it came online, it appears from reading delgarcon's review that they immigration haven't got a clue what happens from one week to another. ,,,,,,

No one?

Derived from the Thai version of the immigration website:

(usual "English" transcript)

IMMIGRATION OFFICE

39 MOO 1, THAWEERAT PHAKDEE RD.

T. ANG THONG

A. KOH SAMUI

SURAT THANI

84140

English version of the immigration website:

Surat Thani Checkpoint

39 Amphoe Ko Samui

Changwat Suratthani

84140

Not quite a translation of the address in Thai whistling.gif

I think I can recommend my version.

Only works in Internet Explorer..

Ouch! "email", just read now laugh.png

But now you know the street address too gigglem.gif

All I can say is 'Persevere to Succeed' - mine was approved a few hours ago so the system is working.

Oh, that was my junior school motto - been stuck in my head since 1960's! sad.png
