Does Thailand not have any luminal agents for killing parasites?

I'm trying to eliminate a parasite and it requires two things - one, something to kill what's already alive (metronidazole, easy to find) and two, something to kill any remaining eggs (a luminal agent).

Pretty much every source everywhere suggests one of the following options: paromomycin (Humatin), diloxanide furoate (Furamide), or iodoquinol (Yodoxin). I've been to a few pharmacies and none have heard of any of these drugs...

Has anyone managed to get something like this in Thailand? According to the WHO they are considered essential medicine, so it would be strange if they had nothing like this at all. I've resorted to trying to go through Thai language medical websites to see if there is any alternative hidden away but no luck so far. Any help would be appreciated

Big international hospitals do have paromomycin.

It is not cheap (>5000 B) and they will make you see a doctor first.

Good pharmacies do know it, but i have never seen one which carries it.

They cannot carry it because there is no registered brand of it on the Thai market. The only way to get it is to order it specially from abroad, which hospitals can do.
