A donated human egg does not, without considerable professional medical assistance, become a baby.

Thailand, I believe, has also tightened the Law relating to contrived ( Surrogate etc) pregnancies.

Sale and purchase of human eggs is illegal in Thailand. And I hardly think anyone is going to freely donate theirs.
