Serviced Apartments In Pattaya

Featured Replies

Greetings

I have read many posts about trying to find budget accommodation. I guess this is a different sort of post, I'm looking for accommodation in the mid to upper-end of the accommodation market.

Can anyone give me a lead where to find an upmarket apartment in this price range. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom place which will be in pattaya rather than jomtien. I've looked at LK Pavilion in south pattaya, but for some odd reason that place jsut doesn't appeal to me

Does anyone have any suggsetions where I should look to find my upmarket pad ??

Looking for somewhere similar..In room wi-fi would be good... :o

Check out Northshore condominium, Beach Rd. Soi 5. A one bedroom apartment would cost around 35,000 to 50,000 baht per moth depending on unit size, view, furniture and etc. Maid service is available for a few extra cost. I also have a room there but my unit will be ready for rent probably next month.

Markland Condo - Beach Road

LK Metropole - Soi Diana

LK Mansion - nearby

Nova Park - Soi AR North Pattaya

Sunshine Vista - Second Rd. Soi 3

Areca Lodge - Soi Diana

Naka.

Suggest Chateau Dale - on the road between Pattaya and Jomtien (just before View Talay)

No idea why people flock to Jomtien or over rated Viewtalay but are then not interested in inexpensive and very quaint (and closer to Pats) Naklua. Naklua is the best in my opinion. It's got everything that Jomtien has but cleaner, less crowded, and nicer beaches.

A pal of mine will be staying at the LK Royal Suite on Soi Bouakhaow in November (he has stayed at the LK Residence several times in the past, but decided to try this place).

Here is their Tariff:

I have been there to sort out his booking, but have not seen the rooms.

The place is brand new and looks good, although the location (and the prices) may not suit all... :o

Dependent on when you want it for, the new Four Seasons Place serviced residence is due to open in December. It is extremely luxurious, and located not far from LK Pavillion, on Soi 22 on Third Road. In Jomtien, the Achawalai Serviced Villas are absolutely gorgeous. see www.achawalai.com

I was looking for an option myself and found amazing condos with Internet near Wong Amat.

One is Siam Penthouse, another is Royal Cliff Garden Condo, and few more... Price is about 30,000 per month.

For this price you can rent a house...

Consider security issues! I am out of housing...in Pattaya.

Unless you desire to welcome unknown visitors in your home at 3 am I would recommend to stay in a well managed condo. Be assured, I would prefer a nice house, nice garden, nice private pool, but after various bad experiences I recommend to stay in a condo. Up to you!
