If so you shouldn't be let anywhere near a vehicle, you are a danger to everyone on the road. Why would you think you come to Thailand and no laws apply to you? They do. NanLaew Posted March 6, 2016 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Vehicles are seized for drink driving offences,until the fine is paid. So in all likelihood the same could apply to Un licenced driving. Huh? They said that during the Christmas & New Year holidays that they were going to impound the cars of drunk drivers. That was rescinded in short order with the PM further suggesting that only driving license seizure is required to prevent drunk driving. But not having a license at all will probably see you being relieved of the bike or car keys for as just long as it takes for you to relieve the nearest ATM of some folding stuff.
