This house has all of the obove except for security, but it is situated in town and most of the people living around are senior Police and Army families. I spoke to her and the house is for rent, but in her words she loves her house and she will only rent it to a nice family. The house is in the Subsiri area of the city. She Wants 8000 per month. Many place in Korat. Soi 13, behind Sima Thani Hotel. 6k to 12K fully furnished, nice places.
