This house has all of the obove except for security, but it is situated in town and most of the people living around are senior Police and Army families. I spoke to her and the house is for rent, but in her words she loves her house and she will only rent it to a nice family. The house is in the Subsiri area of the city. She Wants 8000 per month. Tel: 06 2613278 her name is Noi. If you are a nice family have a go for it I like the house and it has a big garden.

Many place in Korat. Soi 13, behind Sima Thani Hotel. 6k to 12K fully furnished, nice places.
