The Thai Whisperer Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Well ive had enough of my old pick up, and its time to buy a new one, But here’s the problem I don’t want to pay on a finance package, all I am looking for is the best value pick up at the moment, ( may be in the 500,000 - 600,000 baht range if that’s possible ) nothing fancy , but it must have room for back seat passengers , ( not 4 door ) I think it may be called a twin cab..? Not to bothered about the make but I think diesel. As I live way out in the sticks it’s difficult to get the prices..? Can any one suggest some thing that would fit my requirements…? TTW
Tywais Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 I believe this is the style you are looking for and the price list > Toyota Hilux Vigo
raybkk Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Ford Ranger, stripped to the bones. Nothing Fancy, but has all the good stuff you need on board. Plus a good engine. Goes for about 612000.- Brand new! But you could and try to get discount when you leave your old car at the gates. If I am not mistaken, there is even a cheaper version. 5xx,xxx.-

Crossy Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 'Ave a look here http://www.ford.co.th/servlet/ContentServe...t&c=DFYPage 600k will get you a 4x2 double cab Ranger Discounts don't seem to happen, but you ought to be able to swing a bed liner, decent alloys, roo bars etc. "I don't want to know why you can't.
