Spouse Visa Aust

I have now started to put together an application for a spouse visa to australia for my wife and son

I have read this forum for the last two years and have gained a lot of knowledge from it

but i need some help with the following

In the form 47 SP question 88 asks did you receive help completing this form

well I have helped of course and it does say even if your sponser has helped you you must fill out a form 956 Migration agents exemption form

Can some one who has gone down this track give me some advise on this please on exactly what i need to do on this form

Also is the introduction letter from the Embassy for a Thai police check a standard form or is it given to individual applicants with there details filled out on the form

reason for asking is that it would be easy if i could download one first
