Reloading page

Featured Replies

I have a 3BB basic internet connection but lately I often need to reload several times pages I try to open. I have logged the connection for over an hour and that seems fine so what other causes could it be?

Lately when doing a search & clicking on the links which come up I often get "problem loading page". This morning is particularly bad as even TV needs to be refreshed. I am using cable internet from True in Phuket.

I have been having this problem a lot recently. Seems to be really bad on international sites. Prayut's great firewall perhaps?

Those having problems should update the network adapter driver software on their computer.

And how to access the 'device manager' ?

Sorry, but I am not familiar with computer internals.

Thanks....

Just click on the start button and enter "device manager" in the search window. Once you have opened the device manager go to "network adapters" and right click on each one and choose "Update Driver Software"

BTW, I did this and the software is already up to date so the problem lies somewhere else.

Very clear info !

All drivers are up-to-date, history/cookies/temp. files deleted. Even DNS flushed (alternated between OpenDNS, Google & 3BB DNS servers).

I am also/have been having this problem for about a week now, both local & international sites. Speed tests show maxed out connection (reference only), ping tests good.

3BB fibre, 30/3 (upgraded to 100/10 recently)
