I always used the one in the center of town. on the beach side near S and P and Pizza Co. it has a Chinese name and is well stocked.

Thx for the steers. I couldn't buy ready made magnesium sulphate paste but got some magnesium sulphate salt from a Chinese pharmacy opposite Nick J's recommendation. Made my own and applied it so we shall see if it works. I'd prefer this to having it cut out.
