Builder needed in KK

Featured Replies

Ok before you all jump down my throat I have already read some post regarding similar request . And messaged a couple of Guys here .

But I wanted to ask For recommendations for decent builder for a couple of small projects ie kitchen build and installation of euro toilet .

Also a perimeter wall around the house ? Do thai builders price by length and height ? If yes would anyone have any ideas to costing ? Also any ideas of prices of a thai/European mix , kitchen not top end finish just decent job . Thanks .

Don't know how they price but I think it is by the meter.

Use a Thai company (reputable). That may take some time but worth it. Farang owned companies are way over priced and pretty much do the same quality work. Thai do all the work.

Thai have a habit of using PVC on corners. Absolute crap. Specify aluminum. A few other things you should know but I have no idea your style.

I believe they charge by the metre and the walls are around 2 metres high. I have a friend who is presently building one, and he is buying all the materials and paying ฿1,000 per metre for labour, but I have seen people say you can get it done inclusive of labour and materials for ฿1,000 per metre. So my best guess for a 2metre high wall would be ฿1,000 to ฿2,500 per metre.
