i have found this forum helpful enough. a few jokes here and there, i can take it, but i have gotten plenty of helpful answers from some decent peeps here.

My wife bought a half kilo of avacados (two avacados) for 20 baht....but you can get them for about half that in Mae Sai.

Oh, yeah....you can get kom fai (the hot air lanterns they are flying tonite) for 120 or 130 baht.....I got some of each and the extra 10 baht is well worth the money because you get a much better shower of sparks.
