Recommended Hotels In Pattaya Beach

Featured Replies

Hi guys, i will be visiting this lovely part of thailand end of this month but i have no idea where to stay. Anyone has any recommendations for hotels near the beach and the nightspots (pubs, bars) so that i can just walk back to my hotel after a drink? I am looking at about 1000-1200 baht per night twin sharing.

And any recommended places by the sea where i can sit down and have dinner or a drink and relax? Feel free to add on. Thanks guys :o

Thanks for the fast response. How does it compare to this Golden Beach Hotel Pattaya? Its abt 1050 baht. I hope its near to the entertainment spots

Well never been in the golden beach hotel, so can't comment. The Welcome needs a refurb though...bit old. However that being said its a couple blocks to Walking street and depending if you like to walk not far from other bars down to Soi7/8. (or quick baht bus ride) The staff are superve too!!! :o

This link will take you to the Golden Beach Hotel.

I've never stayed there but it is in quite a good location. You can walk to most things. I've noticed that a lot of tourist buses full of Chinese tour groups arrive daily at the hotel.

There are many other hotels in the same price range as the Golden Beach. Somewhere between 3.5 and 5 star rating. You can find them by doing a Google search.

Central/Clean/Good Value :o

Would not go to the Welcome Plaza. Stayed there once and left after the first night.

Seems the only people staying there are Asian package tourists, and the joint is

indeed long overdue for a spruce up !

Would recommend the Royal Twins. Central, a bit more expensive, but still in your budget range.

Others Dynasty, Lek, Royal Palace.
