Are there taxis/tuk tuks waiting outside like at market village?

The baht bus picks up and drops off there and goes up a few metres and turns around heading back to Hua Hin.

Not sure if this is still current, but in addition to the green baht buses running up Petchkasem to the airport and then making a U-turn, one of the other color (I think it was red?) baht buses used to have a bus stop at Makro, but they weren't as frequent.
