Hello. I come from Trentino, Italy. I just moved to Bangkok 2 months ago and going to open my small Italian traditional style pizzeria. Currently I'm looking for a supplier in Thailand with good quality Fior Di Latte to use them on my Neapolitan style pizzas Any one tried fresh mozzarella from Hua Hin? Are they good, compare to imported Italian cheese? About the price I have checked and they offer a very good price for this style of cheese All what I am wondering is how is their quality.

mozzarella from Del Casaro it's good enough compared with the price.

The cheese we like more form them it's Mascarpone.

I loro formaggi sono decisamente buoni nella fascia di prezzo cui lavorano, il mio preferito è il loro Mascarpone.
