Don't put too much faith in those values. I put in a commercial site that I'm associated with and which is turning a tidy profit, but the value of it came up as $0.00. I then tried various test by just typing in total jibberish (just randomly pounding on the keyboard) and each one came up as $20.00. Nonsense if you ask me.
