help...my back hurts... a lot. :o

twisted /strained my back yesterday and can hardly move today. pain in the lower back. :D:D

can anybody recommend an osteopath/chiropracter in the sukhumvit area of bangkok who knows their way around the spine.

(i dont want wat pho or a thai massage of any description.)

I'm not sure of the name of the clinic but it's located in the middle of soi 24, it's the little soi next to this restaurant called Aligator Burger or was it Crocodile Burger....

eventually went to dr. don nakayas chiropractic centre on soi 23.

literally crawled in there but 30 minutes later walked out.

amazing. :o:D

Dr. Don is amazing. Did you know that he is a minor movie star, having appeared as the bad guy in a couple martial arts flicks. Look him up on www.imdb.com for details.

He was also one of the bald headed monk kids in the original Kung <deleted> series. Also World Kickboxing champion 12 years in a row. Great guy. When I saw this thread I was going to recommend him to you.
