Any reviews regarding the accomodation?

Which is the best way to reach the expressway to go to airport?

Which Holiday Inn are you refering to?? Sukhumvit or Silom??

I can't comment on the Sukhumvit hotel, however the Silom establishment is very nice. Good restaurant and reasonably priced, especially if you like Indian food, which again I'm sure goes for the Sukhumvit branch.

As for the routes to airports, from Silom, the Phra Ram IV road is literally round the corner down Surasak Road and from Sukhumvit you head down through Ploen Chit and bingo your there.

Hope this helps somewhat...

Although, I've checked and inspected the said hotels--rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms (altho I didn't stay in either) for corporate purposes... I find that the Holiday Inn in Sukhumvit is better than the one is Silom. It (H.I. Suk) is also more convenient to BTS.

Ploenchit, not Sukhumvit actually, strictly speaking.

Very convenient location; cheap and just renovated inside; rooms aren't massive, but very very nice place and reception.

I put many of the corporate guests we have in there, as well as extended family; also have some sort of privelege card to help fund it.

WELL WORTH IT!

Do they have a bar, meanwhile? Believe only place for drinks is in the reception area or across the street in Spasso at Gand Hyatt.

They have a nice bar which is very quiet.

Within 2 min walk, Spasso is the place for gardening; indeed for garden spades, diggers, and hos, spasso is the closest spot, rather expensive I am told; and with my own eyes seems to be buying a sow's ear for the price of a silk purse; but who am I to dictate the price of fashion?
