Colin Montgomerie's New Course In Krabi

I was talking to Colin Montgomerie yesterday. He is designing a new golf course in Krabi and will be getting a swanky beachfront property. He rather generously said that people can go and hang out with him down there - ......but I suggest don't all go at once.

Planned opening of the course is mid-2008.

I presume he's getting his villa as part of the design deal (retail prices from THB 6 m to THB 100 m) but I didn't ask.
