Hi.

I have I-Mobile I-Style 2.6 mobile I use as a backup smartphone in Pattaya.

Had it for 2 ½ years works well. It appears the phone cannot hold a full charge now.

After fully charged, not turned on for 8+ hours, my battery meter (when turned on) goes from 100% to 62%.

Went to Tukcom. No battery replacements available. Actually one gentlemen at a booth said he

had this (in stock) upstairs. However requested upfront 415 baht payment before getting it.

Been to Banana (where I purchased it), IT City, Power Buy. No luck.

Central Festival 3^rd floor also does sell this battery.

Can anyone suggest where I can try to find this replacement battery in Pattaya?

Go to one of the many i-moble shops. The one in the lotus extra near here has a tech on duty everyday but Tuesday. http://service.i-mobilephone.com/contact_us/ ask for the nearest location to you. Look in the drop down list in the contact us area of the page. Other shops will just go to them for the part and hack the price.

Try one of these local i-mobile repair centres. The one at Tesco/Lotus in Chonburi replaced the non removable battery in my wife's i-mobile IQX recently. Had them in stock and cost me about 350 baht.
