Saladin
The obvious solution is to ban children and youth from soi 6. 1
fakename
Walking Street is a zone, Soi 6 is a zone. If someone wants to take their kids there, then they are the problem, not the working girls.

Xonax
Soi 6 DEFINITELY should be a restricted zone for adults only. Signs should be placed in both ends.

Classic Ray
I don’t see what “protection” you can offer children here. There is much hidden and not so hidden sexual abuse, even within families. TV channels, especially Western movies with adult content of sex and violence are shown even at times when children can be expected to view and there is little to no internet content filtering by parents. Government filters for pornography are ineffective for adults and children, just a nuisance to be overcome. Streets like soi 6 can be found in every town, many kids have relatives in the business, servicing Thais, even government staff, and foreigners. There is no effective contraception or sex education service, so there are many youngsters with STIs or unwanted pregnancies. Until the Government overcomes its traditional stance on morals and face and confronts the realities of life for children, nothing will improve here in their lives. Grumpy Duck
A silly observation, if the bare ass is appropriate to be displayed on a public street why would sensors deem it necessary to be blurred in the video clip? I will guess the anus was covered by the thong, and there was no nipple or pubic area revealed... no different than some bikinis. Yes, I am playing the devils advocate here and having a laugh. NobbyClarkey
I am amazed by some posts. If someone brings kids to Thailand and they have a 100th of a tiny brain cell they know about Pattaya in advance. Don't take the kids to the girly bars and soi's! Don't go to Pattaya, Thailand is an amazing country with beautiful, educational and cultural intrests for all. Pattaya is Pattaya; has been, is and hopefully always will be Pattaya. I hope common sense (look it up, if you don't understand) prevails to the uneducated! 1

Lenard52
Personally I would avoid being near any bar girl dressed like a skank out on the streets! In doors, game on, wear nothing at all, I'm fine with it. Back when I use to partake in the grown up activities, if I walked out a bar with a female, there was no way she would have any theme attire on, like a school uniform or dressed like that girl in the video..
