Whey Protein

Featured Replies

While in BKK a couple days ago I was walking through the Nana Station and I

noticed there was a stand selling whey protein.

I was going to ask details on it on my return from Siam, but forgot all about it.

Does anyone have any links or phone numbers that I can check out, as I would like

purchase some and have it sent by post if possible.

Thanks to all the replies on my previous threads last week. Stayed in the Nana Hotel

in the end....what an eye opener :o

:o thaiwhey.com i think i saw it also.

Thanks for this

That stuff is expensive much cheaper protein available.

There's one in capsule form available at Big C, Tesco etc called

"Banner Protien" has a Burgundy color label..

Hope that helps and it does work..

encapsulated protein is really of no value to a person looking to either increase their metabolism or increase muscle recovery.

isolated amino, bcaa, or eaa's are the only reason to purchase encapsulated.

I'm a former competitive bodybuilder and still train regularly. Due to the ridiculous prices on all sports supplemnts in Thailand, I purchase online from an American site and purchase in bulk to offset the shipping. I still save substantially

Jeeeesus! here we go again.....diet supplements, vitamin supplements, trace element additions,.....can anyone really tell me just why so many folk, mainly americans (USA)..think they need to consume all this expensive crap?

Man is naturally an omnivore, and only needs a mixed and well balanced diet, including fresh fruit and vegetables, plus a modicum of exercise, to remain healthy.

Is this need caused by the power of advertising, or is it sheer blind ignorance?

In today's day and age, it is often not possible to ingest through food all the nutrients necissary to provide the daily values needed.

Athletes often need greater amounts of various protein/vits/min and to obtain them through a nutritional plan while maintaining a life and career is often unatainable without nutritional supplements.
