Considering buying a house with swimming pool in Pattaya? My husband and I gonna leave Pattaya for good :D

My husband and I have moved to Kuala Lumpur last year. Since then, our house in SP Village 5, Soi Siam Country Club is rented out to a friend. We are considering to put the house on market once our tenant moved out on this coming November. Whoever interested can contact me by email ([email protected]). This place looks great….dont know how many of the TV bingo players have 5.5 mill lyin around but still….nice house.

 

I cant stand KL for its traffic jams…..but you appear to be malaysian possibly, so i can dig it.

If it didn't have the pool I might be tempted...pools are a pita...with the maintence and electric filter runnings costs. Besides, SP5 has one of the largest communal pools of any moobaan I've seen...never understood why people have tomhave their own.
