There seem to be many letting agents in Pattaya - any clues how I find a good one ?

Specifically for a 3 bedroom furnished house in Central Park 4.

Any thoughts ? Recommendations ?

From a friend who knew a friend (no middle man/women)

Go to central park 4 and drive round the site speak to anyone and ask about

You may save yourself a quite a bit
