Thank God for online forums as myself and another expat were again in battle mode at Ford Phuket yesterday, 6 combined transmission repairs on 2 (newish) Fords. Can anyone please advise on the best person/department to contact. Thanks in advance.

Take your vehicle to ford Phang Nga, first town you come to across the bridge on the road to Khao lak, call first to check which day they are not to busy

Same company but better and a lot quicker with their service and nice people to deal with

We gave up on ford phuket over a year ago and are happy we did

They have the service adviser who speaks excellent english there who was previously at Phuket

name Prakong PM for fone number

My daughter is part of a group making a claim against Ford and they have only recently put in all the paperwork so not sure how that relates to the OP.
