Not a lot of secondhand buyers for expensive vehicles, people cannot afford to repair them at the dealers so they go to backyarders to get them repaired

The majority of people in Australia who buy second BMW or MB are qualified auto mechanics who have access to none genuine new parts and do the repairs themselves

BMW would not want people to see a lot of older poorly maintained BMW's on the streets, bad for business
