Surin Elephant Festival

Featured Replies

In view of recent events does anyone know whether the festival will take place next month?

Posts on the local farang forum says NOT.

I just emailed the http://www.carnifest.com/ website because we were planning on going.  I'll post their reply here when/if I hear back from them.

I stopped in Surin on my way through and a couple of locals I spoke with said it has been cancelled.

Cancelled.

So sad and hitting many.
