Hi.

I am in Chiang Rai and trying to find the following ingredients.

Maltose syrup.

Hoisin sauce.

Shaoxing wine . 

Red yeast powder.

These are Chinese ingredients and I have looked at Tops and Makro with no luck. I was wondering if anyone had any advice.

I've just been told there's a Chinese supermarket behind the main market, opposite where the blue songteaws park.

Additional information has come to light, also go INTO the market behind the Songtaews, apparently a great range of spices and sauces.
