My partner was given a tourist visa for England. At the interview in BKK she said she would stay 2 months in UK.

She returned to Cambodia after 2 months but I missed her and asked her to return to England again until the 6 month visa ran out.

She asked the Embassy in Phnom Penh and they said OK,visa still valid and multi entry so over she came ,returning before the 6 months were up.

Since then she hes twice tried to get a visa again, but Bangkok Embassy pissed off because she did not do what she originally said on her interview, even though she was given the go ahead in Cambodia.

What can I do to change there mind?

Generally speaking, visit visas are all multi-entry and allow six months stay. However, in the visa officer's eyes, your girlfriend has committed a cardinal sin; i.e. she has not abided by her original statement that she would stay only 2 months and he might now believe that her word cannot be relied upon. Although she has not broken any rules solely by staying 6 months instead of 2, that she has done so can be taken in to account by the visa officer when deciding a subsequent visit application, as has evidently happened here.

Another factor will be how soon after leaving the UK she applied again. Although there is no rule against people spending 6 months as a visitor in the UK and then seeking to immediately return for another 6 months, the visa officer is going to question the validity of such an application as it then starts to appear that the applicant is effectively residing in the UK on visit visas.

My best advice is that you give it a good 6 months since your girlfriend left the UK before reapplying. If that 6 months has passed, then try again, specifically addressing the reasons for refusal given in the notices which your girlfriend will have been given.
