Thinking of buying a Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (A7020)

looks like good ram and rom and a big battary for the price. does anyone have one and could give any feedback?

 

Also on the Invadeit website it says it comes with Lollipop, would it get updated to Marshmallow automatically or would there be a way to instigate this?

 

My current phone is running Marshmallow and I would prefer not to take a step back in to a previous version of Android.
