Android Lollipop India firmware work in Thailand?

HI,

 

I've got a rooted Samsung SM-601 Note 2014 bought in Thailand that still has Kitkat firmware. I wanted upgrade to at least Lollipop if possible? I can only find firmware for various regions in world, nearest being India to Thailand for a firmware Odin upgrade.

 

Will the India firmware be OK in Thailand?

Having Thai language is useful but not important as English mostly used.

I installed the newer Samsung Lollipop ROM with Odin and it worked straight away, copying all my settings, languages that I had before onto new ROM settings. Very worthwhile update with no help at all from Samsung.

Aslong as its the same model any of them will work, i regularly used to install russian etc firmware on my old note 3, these are the roms for your model if you didn't already have the link  http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-P601/
