Where to Find Collagen Supplements

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Am in Bangkok, wondering where I can find Collagen supplements that aren't cheap copies. Am an athlete looking to ensure better recovery. Have taken Collagen tablets in the past, types 1&3 and 1&4. I know places like GNC and pharmacies exist, but generally they sell cheaper, generic types; looking for higher quality. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks!

I don't know anything about the topic but Thai eat chickenfeetsoup for collagen.

And if you're serious about your health just buy it in a western country or online from a reputable supplier.

In Bangkok, Lemon Farm natural food stores might have quality collagen.  Suggest you look there first.

I have bought collagen powder (not tablets) from Union Science in Chiang Mai in 1 Kg. bags.  They deliver to Bangkok.   (Sorry I don't know type 1, type 2, etc.)

Don't waste your money. Supplements of collagen are 100% useless in tablet form. The collagen in the tablets will be broken down and destroyed by the acid in your stomach. It's a total scam. Look it up on the internet if you don't believe me.

This kind of thinking used to be called "sympathetic magic":  I have a bad heart so I eat lots of sheep's hearts to make my heart stronger; also I want to  be able to run faster so I eat a lot of chicken legs ( obviously if I could get antelope's legs to eat they would make me run faster still, but they're not easy to buy).

Finally if I start getting forgetful I will eat a lot of brains to make up for it.

thanks for the heads up

I was thinking about this for my ankles.
