My by CAT - how to check prepaid balance?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've got one of these "my" by CAT SIM's in one of my devices, but I cannot figure out how to check my balance!! Never used CAT before.

If I type in *902# as it says on the quick guide (about all it does say in English btw!) I get my balance in Baht but it doesn't say when it expires!

I've had 200THB on the SIM since it was bought 3 months ago, but I have no idea how long it will last. Never used it til now, but I think I'm on a SuperKum package.

So when does it end if I don't top up more?

Look on their website and FB page, or call them.

*906*00# might work?

Thanks. Seems to suggest and end date in Thai. I'll check it out when day arrives.

Well I tried this, and whereas before it said I was on a promotion of some kind until end of Dec, now it says I am not on any promotion. However I still have my original phone prepaid balance and no expiry date associated with it or know of any way to check when it might expire and delete my phone balance and/or invalidate the SIM?

The wife checked on Thai web sites and thinks my CAT SIM never expires until the money runs out?! I'll check again in a few months perhaps? Makes no sense or they would run out of numbers?
