HELP !! Chiang Rai Lifestyle for Foreign students

Hi all,  I am Debasish from Bangladesh. I have got admission in Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai in a Masters Program and planning to go there. So i just want to know about living conditions/costs in Chiang Rai, i.e  [ Food, Accommodation ( 01 bedroom flat ), Public Transportation, Shopping etc ]. if anyone is living there pls response.
