Looking for info on public marina Bangkok??

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I'd like to bring my boat here 32' and live aboard.  Any suggestions for public marinas in Bangkok?  I'll consider all options as far as quality, hookups, utilities etc. Being close to public transit not an issue either.

Thanx in advance

Bangkok is not much noted for yachts and marinas. Royal Varuna YC near Pattaya, is about the only one of note. It is very much upscale facility and has great facilities. Sailing around there is not very good and I never heard of anybody doing liveaboard there. Phuket is the main locale for boats and does have liveaboard facilities at most of the marinas eg. Boat Lagoon.
