Getting a Vietnam Visa in Phuket

Featured Replies

Anybody know of a travel agent in Phuket that will get me a Vietnam visa.  I have only a week to spend in Phuket and don't want to go to the Vietnam Embassy in Bangkok.  Thanks

How long are you spending in Vietnam, what is your nationality and when are you going?

I say that because certain nationalities can get a Visa on arrival for stays of up to two weeks, but only until June I think.

USA, 30 days, staying in Vietnam April 6 - May 5th.  I will be in Phuket May 30 - Apr 6.

I was in Phnom Penh in December 2016 and  used CIMA travel (across from Sharkys Bar) and they took two days and the cost was very reasonable so thought I would use someone in Phuket while I am there for a week.

Prefer a visa stamp over visa on arrival only because the stopover at visa desk at airport took almost 2 hours a few years ago due to several planes arrival in a short time.  Thanks for the help

Some of the firms that help apply for the pre-clearance online, also offer an additional fast track service for visa stamping.

Vietnam airport service (dot) com is one.  They have two levels of fast track advertised at USD 30/person and 15/person.  The higher price may include porter service.  Hope this helps.
