Hi, Anyone know where I can get some Mitsubishi car keys module replaced around Pattaya area without resorting to Mitsubishis dealers?

 

The have like a little electronic module inside with no obvious battery to replace.  In Bangkok I used the key/lock guy in the basement of Robinsons Asoke.  He did not actually do the work but had a contact who could.  My impression of the local dealer is they will rip me off for labour based on experience.

 

Note to Mods.  Car related but really looking for someone who does keys in the area.

Just start at one of the key-people at the entrances of the supermarkets.

 

AFAIK those kind of keys are so expensive at the dealers because they order them at the importer or factory. 

I know that a spare key of a standard Toyota can cost up to THB 800 while a spare key of an imported Toyota Celica will cost around THB 8,000
