VAPING: Legal, er What?

Featured Replies

Greetings!

It is my understanding that possessing a vaporizer, juice is NOT illegal in Thailand, and neither is using it in public.

In FACT, someone at the airport in Bangkok told me it was perfectly legal to have 3 vaporizers with me, but if I had 5, that would be a red flag, and authorities would assume that I was bringing them over here to sell.

What I heard WAS illegal is:

1) Selling vape products and oil/juice

Many of my friends order kits from China, and have had no problem whatsoever.

Does anyone out there have the definitive answer on this?

Cheers!
