True Online always strangely show last week of the month?

Hi fellow true online BKK users,

 

I was wondering if other people have been experiencing the same problem as I'm facing right now. For the last couple of months I've been noticing that whenever it is the last week of the month my internet connection starts to act up. Lower speeds, not able to load websites, have to turn off and on my wifi on my laptop/phone/tablet and it will work normally again for about 2 minutes. The other weeks of the month I never have any connection problems.

 

Anybody else experiencing this?

I use to be with True up until last July....never experienced the type of problem you describe where during the last week of the month the speed/connection acts up..  Been with AIS Fibre since July 17 and also never experienced such a problem either.  Most likely something to do with "your local connection" versus it being widespread.

 

When you have this Wifi problem, have you then immediately tried with a direct/wired connection between your computer and the True router?  If you do and the speed/connection is solid again then it just something with your Wifi connection/signal.

 

Maybe you are getting a lot of Wifi interference during the last week of the month from a neighbor(s) or some other signal source in your area or building that broadcasts during the last week of the month. 

 

If not tried already, would recommend you try a direct wired connection when next experiencing the problem.
