We will be driving down to Pattaya / Jomten from Isaan for several days next week, and would like some recommendations for nice / decent Hotels or Resorts within walking distance from the beach...  Also must have decent parking for our vehicles (One Car, One Pickup)   Depending on the room sizes and layouts would probably need at least 2 and possibly 3 rooms, for 4 Adults and one Child,,,  We are thinking in the 850 to 1200 baht per room, per night range..

Check out Agoda.  Set your parameters and you should find plenty from which to choose.

Have a look at Royal Palace/Royal Palace Twins. Massive car park, two large pools , large twin/double rooms. They have family rooms as well so if you want, you might get away with 1 room for your group. Become a member on arrival and the discount you get takes effect immediately,

 

Situated on 2nd road but set back about 50 metres so no traffic noise.

As a general advice: look towards Jomtien beach if you are with the family.

Some places in Naklua are also a good alternative.

I would avoid central/south Pattaya for this purpose.

As long as you stay close to a Baht bus route you can do excursions to Pattaya if so desired.

The car is best left on the parking lot most of the time.

Traffic is mad.

 

In Naklua "East Sea Resort" comes to my mind.

If you are lucky the water on Wong Amat beach is clean enough for a swim (in contrast to Pattaya beach).

 

Just saw "Sarita Chalet and Spa" on Jomtien beach for less than a 1000 Baht (!) on Agoda.

That's incredibly cheap, they must have a hard time.

Stayed there with the family, recommended.

It's far down Jomtien beach but plenty of Baht buses traveling along

I would recommend Sunshine Garden Resort at Dolphin Roundabout. Should be the top end of your price range but good value. You can walk or get a baht bus to the beach.

Try surf beach hotel in jomtien. Clean cheap good food across the street from the beach

Villa Thongbura in Jomtien. Vehicle access from Theprassit Soi 17 with ample, shaded parking. Nice selection of rooms and suites with some of them pool side. The meandering multi-level pool running through the middle of the complex is quiet and easily cleaner than the real beach at the Dongtan corner which is 800 m (about 15 minutes walk away). Buffet breakfast was so-so but was included in the room rate so didn't make any noise about it.

 

We got a 3 bedroom suite at the last minute for a steal using agoda on the cusp of New Year when they were just about full.
