Can i force (by low) Thai lady to do DNA test for a baby she said before she mine and now say she is not... (I do believe that she is mine )

Are you married or fiancé or do you have have shared assets as a couple?

Or she just a casual you see sometimes.

she my ex gf...she gone for two years.... she tell first only to someone from my family that the baby is mine... 

You will need a lawyer and to take her to the family court to claim parental rights. The court will then ask her to have a DNA test done but if she refuses then the court cannot force her but the court will take the view that the baby is yours because of the fact that she refused, and they will put you down as the father.

So you will get what you want anyway , presumably.
