Sometimes i get overtaken by speeding trucks pickups with working staff basically sitting on the roof such speeding drivers i very dislike as they do not even respect life of their own coworkers.one urgent brake and they will all fly off so why the heck even need to speed

He's not riding in the back, the new law does not mention riding on the roof.

You will probably find he was in the back and climbed up on to the roof of his own accord and the driver does not even realise. Should have tied him in however.

God knows how he could stay up there whenever the guy brakes.....

The driver knows, just stupid. My wife would say the same. Many people do not have any common sense. It's a global problem.
